• Keep refrigerated until ready to steam • Pour 2 cups liquid into pot (Water, Beer or Wine) • Add seasoning • Do not remove culinary bags until after steaming • FIRMLY place lid on pot and place on largest burner • Turn on HIGH • Do not remove lid during steaming process • After steam emerges from the lid, cook for 20 minutes • Carefully remove lid, contents will be hot • Drain excess liquid, serve and ENJOY!
