How To Grill Salmon on a Cedar Plank
Ingredients
2 lb salmon fillet skin on
2 tbsp oil avocado or olive
1 tbsp garlic parsley salt
1 lemon sliced
Prepare cedar planks by soaking them in water for at least an hour. Preheat a grill to 350°F.
Place the salmon on a soaked cedar plank. Brush with oil, season with garlic parsley salt, and top it off with lemon slices.
Place plank with salmon onto the preheated grill. Grill for 8-12 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Enjoy!
